From the filmmaker Annika Berg comes Team Hurricane (2017), a raw and electric short film that redefines the coming-of-age genre. This visually explosive and genre-bending work is a celebration of outsider teenage girls, misfits, rebels, and dreamers, who come together in a neon-lit, DIY universe where vulnerability meets empowerment.

Blurring the lines between fiction and documentary, Team Hurricane merges punk aesthetics with poetic intimacy, capturing the unfiltered emotions of youth in a hyper-stylized, collage-like narrative that feels both vintage and futuristic. Through its vibrant mix of formats—handheld footage, animation, and social media visuals—the film immerses viewers in the worlds of its young protagonists.
